TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION
Registration is considered valid only after successful payment verification.
ValenYroX reserves the right to reject any registration.
ENTRY FEES
Entry fees are generally non- refundable.
Refunds may only be issued if a tournament is cancelled by the organizers.
PRIZE DISTRIBUTION
Prize money will be distributed only to verified winners.
Winners may be required to provide valid payment details.
FAIR PLAY POLICY
Use of hacks, cheat, scripts, exploits, or any unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Any violation may result in permanent disqualification.
TOURNAMENT CHANGES
ValenYroX reserves the right to :
1. Modify tournament schedules
2. Change prize pools
3. Reschedule matches
If required due to technical or operational reasons.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ValenYroX Esports shall not be responsible for :
1. Internet issues
2. Device problems
3. Server outages
4. Game publisher issues
5. Player negligence
USER CONDUCT
User must not :
1. Abuse other players
2. Use offensive language
3. Impersonate other players
4. Submit fake payment proofs
PRIVACY
Participant information will only be used for tournament management and communication purposes. We do not share your personal date with any third party.
FINAL DECISION
All decisions made by ValenYroX Esports administrators regarding tournaments, prize, and disputes shall be final and binding on all participants.
